Тhe Spoiled Сat Еnjoys Food Еvery Тime It Is Served

Yoshi has always had the impression that he is more human than cat, even as a kitten. He definitely doesn’t like being alone and likes to participate in whatever his father does.

Steven Whitfield, Yoshi’s father, told The Dodo that his son was “extremely attached” and needed to be engaged in everything, not just with him. He enjoys having people here, and he also likes to follow them about to watch what they get up to. He doesn’t seem to appreciate his own privacy or alone time too much.

Yoshi and his dad currently live in Cairo, Egypt, and the view from their balcony is absolutely spectacular. Whitfield has it set up so that you can relax and enjoy a meal at a little table while gazing out at the pyramids as you eat — and even though Yoshi probably doesn’t appreciate the view as much, that spot is his absolute favorite.

Yoshi definitely likes being on the balcony, but not for the same reasons that most people do, according to Whitfield. He doesn’t appear to be much interested in the pyramids, but he like seeing the small people moving about.

Yoshi enjoys taking his meals outside on the balcony and passing the day by people-watching. Yoshi always makes it very apparent that the table and chairs on the balcony are his location and that he always gets priority, even when his dad has company around.

Though Yoshi pretends to care more about the people and the birds than the actual view, sometimes his dad catches him staring out at the pyramids — so it’s possible that Yoshi may be more of a history buff than he lets on.

No matter who sits there, he frequently takes that seat, according to Whitfield. “Like I said, he simply wants to be engaged all the time, but I do see him looking out the window as if he were genuinely soaking it all in! ”

Yoshi is obviously not taking his view for granted; so many people would kill to have it. His father hopes to take him on a tour of the rest of Cairo soon so that he may finally have a close-up look at all the people and pyramids he has been enjoying from a distance.

Whitfield said, “I intend to take him on a little excursion with a buddy to the desert outside the pyramids soon. “He’ll adore the beach, I’m sure.”
