Hello everyone! My name is Anne Hildebrand, and today I’m celebrating my 112th birthday. Yes, you read that right – I’m 112 years old, and I couldn’t think of a better way to mark this special milestone than by making my own birthday cake with peach cream and filling.

My journey of falling in love with baking began at the tender age of 5. I have vivid memories of standing beside my grandmother as she worked her magic, creating enchanting cakes for our family gatherings. Her hands were skilled and experienced, and as I watched her craft wonders with dough and fillings, I knew this was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
